OSP Move – October 7th, 2010

The Office of Sponsored Programs will be relocating to the second floor of the Chestnut Ridge Research Building next Thursday and Friday (October 14 and 15). As you might imagine, operations will be impacted. We will make every effort to keep any disruption of services to a minimum. I do ask that anyone who intends to have a proposal for submission next week notify us so we can plan accordingly. It will be helpful if proposals are provided for processing as far in advance of the deadline as possible. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

The Office of Sponsored Programs will be temporarily moving – May 7, 2010

The Office of Sponsored Programs will be temporarily moving from its current office location on the second floor of the Chestnut Ridge Research Building. On May 17, OSP will officially open for operations on the seventh floor of the CRRB and will be located there for several months while its current office space undergoes renovations.

Please be patient with OSP staff during this transition while they pack and move their offices on May 13 and 14. OSP operating hours will remain the same on these days, but access to speak to a staff person may be limited. The main OSP office line will be answered and calls forwarded to staff voice mail. Please leave a message and an OSP staff person will return your call as soon as possible. Please note that the OSP main office line number, 304-293-3998, will remain the same after the move.
