NEW: WVU Rate Agreement FY 2018

West Virginia University and our cognizant agency, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, have reached an agreement on fringe benefit rates for fiscal year 2018.

It is important to note that effective April 1, 2016, all proposals that have a budget period of July 1, 2016 or after must use the new fringe benefit rates. We are providing the signed copy of the rate agreement between WVU and DHHS.
