All researchers interested in learning about upcoming data improvements to the WVU+kc Award module are invited to attend one of four Zoom sessions with the Research Office, scheduled between March 29 and April 13.
This update to Award will fix a system problem that was resulting in duplicate records and will give researchers access to more information in a more convenient way. When the work is complete on Monday, April 11, that data will be more accurate and easier to report on, and it will allow for future integration with research systems.
Please be aware the WVU+kc system will be unavailable from 5 p.m. Friday, April 8 to 8 a.m. Monday, April 11 for this upgrade. The outage will affect the Award, Proposal, IRB and COE modules.
IRB Protocols scheduled to expire during this planned system outage should be renewed before 5 p.m. Friday, April 8. WVU OHRP will be contacting PIs about protocols that will be affected.
