All WVU+kc services will be offline from 5 p.m. Friday, April 8 until 8 a.m. Monday, April 11
The WVU+kc (Kuali) system will be unavailable from 5 p.m. Friday, April 8 to 8 a.m. Monday, April 11 for significant data enhancements to the Award system. This outage will affect the Award, Proposal, IRB and COE modules.
This update to the Award module will fix a system problem that was resulting in duplicate records and will give researchers access to more information in a more convenient way. When the work is complete, that data will be more accurate and easier to report on, and it will allow for future integration with research systems.
IRB Protocols scheduled to expire the weekend of the planned system outage should be renewed before 5 p.m. Friday, April 8. WVU OHRP will be contacting PIs about protocols that will be affected.
