Extension for Implementing New Procurement Standards

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has announced an extension of the grace period for non-Federal entities to implement the procurement standards included in Uniform Guidance. These entities are granted an additional year, meaning the implementation date for the procurement standards (2 CFR 200.317 through 200.326) will start for fiscal years beginning on or after December 26, 2017.
